Despite initial appearances this is not make from plastic. It is, in fact, manufactured from nylon glass toughened resin - the very best composite mix of materials - ensuring EXCEPTIONAL strength.  Another benefit to this design is that it significantly reduces net bag snagging. 

Each knuckle is custom moulded for each style of landing net.  

AUTOMATIC SPRING LOADED INTERLOCKING PIN

Used on folding nets.  Simply flip the net open with one hand and it automatically locks into the operating position.  

GRIP & TWIST SELF-LOCKING MECHANISM

Used on telescopic nets it allows you to grip & twist the external shaft allowing easy locking at any point along the internal shaft.

AUTOMATIC BRASS TAPERED LOCKING MECHANISM

On particular nets - when you extend the shaft to its full potential - our brass tapered locking mechanism will automatically lock preventing rim movement so you are always in control of your catch.
