Failure to follow the Care & Maintenance instructions available online may damage your landing net beyond repair, rendering your guarantee invalid.

• Fastnet products are guaranteed to be dispatched free from defects in workmanship and materials.
• The guarantee covers the rim, shaft & knuckle that are built to last under normal fly-fishing usage.
• Upon receipt of a technical enquiry you will be contacted within 24 hours.
• The majority of technical enquiries can be resolved by following a few simple care and maintenance instructions.
• In the unlikely event that your technical enquiry cannot be resolved in this manner you must return your landing net to our UK premises for inspection - the original owner is responsible for the cost of carriage when sending items for inspection
• Following inspection, if goods have failed to perform as they should the cost of carriage will be refunded.
• Goods that have failed to perform as they should will be repaired or replaced free of charge and returned within 4-5 working days. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by unsuitable use, treatment, wear and tear, consequential or incidental damages and will not be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• The guarantee does not cover grips, net bags, lanyard, clips or rings.
• Fastnet reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by this guarantee and the right to replace any discontinued models; at a reasonable charge.
• Repairs made necessary by normal wear and tear or accidental damage can be carried out by Fastnet; at a reasonable charge.
